Mr. Charles A. Aubrey II directs the consulting practice of Six Sigma, TQM, Lean Manufacturing and Culture Change. He is Chairman of ASQ’s International Cooperation Committee and a Fellow of ASQ. Mr. Aubrey is also a former Chairman President of ASQ and was Senior Examiner for the Baldridge Award for four years. He is an Academician in the International Academy of Quality and President of the Asia Pacific Quality Organization. Charles Aubrey was the Vice President of Service Quality Strategy for American Express in NY. He was also the Director of Six Sigma and Process Management at Sears Roebuck and Co. He was formerly a consultant with the Juran Institute and with Banc One Corporation where he was Chief Quality Officer and at Continental Bank. He is a retired U.S. Navy Captain. Mr. Aubrey has written two books, Quality Management in Financial Services and Teamwork and over 50 papers. He is a contributing author to the Fifth Addition of Juran’s Quality Handbook. He completed his undergraduate work at Lewis University and graduate and DBA at DePaul University.
