Elizabeth Keim, BS Computer Science and Mathematics1980; MBA Accounting and Finance 1988;
Quality Manager of International Business Machines, Global Services Division 1980-1997 managed the divisional organization responsible for planning the quality program strategy as well as its development and implementation.
General Electric Company, Plastics Division 1997-1999 -Six Sigma Black Belt - Responsible for facilitating implementation of Six Sigma methodology in non-manufacturing process in GE Plastics globally.
1999 to present - Integrated Quality Resources, Managing Partner. Consults and
trains for a global client base on business results improvements, integrating a number of methodologies including Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Criteria, ISO 9000, Lean and Six Sigma. Representative clients have included a wide variety of domestic and globally-based customers: Ford, DuPont, Toshiba, American Express, Dow, McKesson HBOC, Monsanto, CNH, Sverdrup Technology, TeliaSonera (Scandinavian telecommunications company), Suncorp Metway (Australian Bank), Australia Post (postal service), Telstra (Australian telecommunications company), BHP Billiton, and Dominion (energy company).
Past -President and Chairman of the Board of ASQ - Chairman year served as an international ambassador for quality to seven major quality conferences globally.
Led Living Community Model to develop more flexibility in the ASQ membership model for individuals and organizations - both nationally and internationally and permit a broader global outreach for ASQ.
Led ASQ by-laws change to enable the society to more effectively serve international members.
Serve on the Global Cooperation Committee of ASQ for vetting potential national quality organizations who apply to become ASQ World Partners.
Served on the ASQ Quality Body of Knowledge (QBoK) team to provide a global source for definitive quality knowledge.
Elizabeth M.Keim is the managing partner of Integrated Quality Resource operating from Boulder, Colorado. She serves clients worldwide emphasizing business results improvement through the integration of quality methodologies from the Malcolm Baldrige criteria to the Lean Six Sigma methodologies. She provides training in a wide variety of industries including finance, banking, utilities, science and technology, agriculture and construction equipment, engineering services, telecommunications, metals production and agricultural products.
