Dedhia has served quality profession selflessly and untiringly, He spread the message of quality, unity and excellence around the world. He has been recognized a slong tern enabler of quality movement internationally. His exemplary, sustained service and contributions for the benefit of quality community are numerous. Additionally, publication of over 100 technical articles in various key magazines and newsletters and over 100 presentations and papers given at various conferences are examples of his contributions to the quality profession.

A holder of MBA, M.S. (EE) and B.E. (EE) degrees, a Registered Accreditation Board (RABQSA), USA, certified Quality and Reliability Engineer, Quality Auditor. ASQ Certified Quality and Reliability Engineer, Quality Auditor and Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence. An elected Fellow of ASQ and recipient of the ASQ E. Jack Lancaster Medal and many testimonial Awards. He served ASQ Board of Directors as the National Director representing Division Affairs Council (DAC). Dedhia is an Academician of IAQ (International Academy for Quality) and is involved in an advisory capacity with many other organizations (such as the National Centre for Quality Management, Mumbai, India, Total Quality Management Journal, U.K., International Conference of Quality Managers, Iran, Tennessee Tech University and other organizations).
